Welcome to our website! New Beginnings Community Church is a multi-cultural, Reformed Presbyterian church committed to taking the truth of the gospel of Jesus Christ into inner city Memphis. God’s concern for the poor is a driving force in all that we do. Labels can sometimes be intimidating, so allow us to break that down for you:

* Multi-cultural. That simply means we welcome people from every tribe and nation to worship with us.

* Reformed. Click on the “What we believe” link at the top of the page.

* Presbyterian. Our church is not ruled by bishops, committees, the congregation or even the pastor, but we believe God has placed godly men over the church to lead it according to His Word and His Spirit. These men are called Elders (it comes from the greek word presbuteros).

* Church. Christians who gather together in one place to worship God the Father, through Jesus Christ, in the power of the Holy Spirit.
Please take some time to cruise our website and find out a little more about us. We welcome visitors to our Sunday morning worship service. We are currently meeting at the Episcopal Community Center at 604 St. Paul, in the Clayborne-Foote Homes area. Church begins at 10:00, followed by Sunday school at 11:40.
